Delete your Shoyer.Net account
Shoyer.Net Inc. · September 26, 2026
You have two options: delete your Shoyer.Net Inc. business profile on the website, or request deletion of your whole Shoyer.Net account and associated personal data. The website profile form requires sign-in and verification. You can send a whole-account request without signing in, completing CAPTCHA, reinstalling the app or removing each business membership first.
Delete your business profile on the website
The website form removes your membership with Shoyer.Net Inc., the business shown on the form. It does not delete your shared account, memberships with other businesses or all retained personal data.
- Complete the Google reCAPTCHA security check.
- Sign in using the same method you use for Shoyer.Net: your email and password, Google or Apple. Provider sign-in takes you to that provider's page; you do not need to enter a separate Shoyer.Net password when using Google or Apple.
- Review the profile and effects shown, then select Email verification code. Check the email associated with your account. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, check the inbox that receives your Apple relay messages.
- Enter the six-digit email code, select the deletion confirmation checkbox, and choose Verify and delete profile. Check the resulting confirmation before treating deletion as completed.
Opening the form, signing in or requesting a code does not itself delete your profile. A protected administrator or employee role must be reassigned before the automated removal can proceed. If the form or CAPTCHA is unavailable, sign-in fails, or you cannot access your account email, contact admin@shoyer.net for help and identity-verification alternatives.
This form uses security cookies and Google reCAPTCHA as explained in the Privacy Policy. You can also use Settings → Delete profile in the mobile app to remove the currently selected business profile.
Request deletion of your whole account and personal data
Email admin@shoyer.net with the subject Shoyer.Net account deletion. Send from the email associated with your account when possible, list the businesses you used, and state that you want your entire account and associated personal data deleted.
The button opens your email app; you must send the message yourself. If it does not open, use any email service to write to the address above. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details. If you no longer have access to your account email, tell us so we can discuss another way to verify your identity.
What happens after a whole-account request
- We review your request and may ask for information needed to verify your identity and the scope of your account. We coordinate with the relevant businesses where they control records.
- We explain any required additional steps, the expected completion time, and the categories of records that must be retained, including the reason and applicable retention period or criteria. Applicable privacy-law deadlines continue to apply.
- We process deletion of the account and associated data that does not need to be retained, including relevant requests to service providers, and confirm completion and any remaining retention.
The whole-account email route is a request process, not an immediate automated deletion. Contact the same email address to follow up or raise a privacy complaint.
Account deletion and Delete Profile are different
During mobile onboarding, explicitly choosing Decline and delete profile for a required document removes the current business profile without an emailed verification code. A confirmation explains this consequence before deletion. The same restrictions on protected administrator or employee roles apply.
Business-profile deletion: the website form removes the Shoyer.Net Inc. membership shown on the form; the mobile app's Settings → Delete profile removes the currently selected business membership. Both require email verification and confirmation, revoke the removed membership's refresh tokens, remove its consent records, and disable its app device registrations and push opt-in. Neither deletes your shared sign-in identity or memberships with other businesses. The disabled device records, stored push tokens and existing business records are not automatically erased.
Data on your devices: deletion completed in the mobile app clears its local sign-in state and local profile content. Website deletion ends the website deletion session but cannot clear data already stored on your phone or other devices. Wallet passes saved outside the app may need separate action.
Whole-account request: the email route above covers your shared Shoyer.Net identity, memberships and associated personal data across businesses. Relevant data may include profile and contact information, device and push identifiers, consent and activity records, support messages and attachments, and other information linked to the account. The handling of each category depends on the applicable legal duties and the business's role.
If you want to delete particular personal data while keeping your account, specify that in your request.
Records that may need to remain
Invoices, payment and subscription records, signed documents and signature evidence, bookings, support records, security records and records relevant to disputes may need to remain where there is a legitimate legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention or security reason. Retention is limited to the applicable purpose; it is not a blanket exception for all business records. Backup copies may remain until their scheduled expiry, subject to appropriate restrictions.
There is no single retention period for all these records. The applicable period or criteria will be explained when we handle your request. See the Privacy Policy's retention and deletion section for more information.
Deleting an account or profile does not itself cancel an appointment, purchase or paid subscription. Contact the selling business about cancellation, refunds or access to records. You can still initiate an account-deletion request while obtaining that help.
